Day Trip From Dubai to Sharjah
Since we have only limited time, we tried to visit some of my relatives based in Sharjah.
You can easily head towards Sharjah when you are in Dubai. We did a day trip to Sharjah from Dubai. The distance is just about 28 kilometers and a little over half an hour drive and maybe around an hour or two when riding via their bus transports.
Note: Men and Women have designated seats on the bus.
Al Majaz Waterfront
This is very accessible, it's another Family entertainment zone. There are available restaurants and other fast food joints in the area.

The main attraction here is the Sharjah fountain where one can watch spectacular 5-minute shows which incorporates, lasers, water fountains, and music to dish out a spectacular extravaganza. Glad we were able to see it during our quick visit.
