I am really a fan of nature and beach but since it's already rainy season. I opt to try out a staycation with a little retreat and nature views.
Checking out places which are not crowded and of course those with a touch of nature is my requirement. I prefer farms or a places that will make you really destress for a while.
Narra Hill Tagaytay is one of it. Actually it is part of my "must-visit/must-experience" places in Tagaytay because it has a limited capacity of visitors so you can really relax. Most especially, it offers a very cozy and unique accommodation. The place is indeed a perfect place to unwind. It offers the visitor a sense of retreat along with its view of trees and of course the view of the Taal Volcano and its Lake.

There are nipa hut accommodation if you prefer a Filipino style and somehow relive the ambiance of the past or try their modern style premier suite where bath tub is available.
The dipping pool is beside the nipa hut rooms. It will definitely let you have that "Bali" feels. Very close to nature. For the premiere suite. It will make you fall in love with the Taal view and of course with their infinity pool.

This is me enjoying the pool. Floating and releasing some negative energies. Haha! Having some time to recharge. Afloat and worry free day for me.
Guests can both use the dipping pool and the infinity pool. The infinity pool is available until 10:00 in the evening. You can still have some swimming time after dinner.
This is the view that Narra Hill have for their visitors. This is also the view from our room which is the Premiere Suit.
The place is a good place for some social media detox too. There are no televisions in the rooms and the telecom signal is good but the internet/data is poor. So you really have the whole night to either sleep and rest or have some chit-chat with your buddy.
And so here is our dinner! By the way, the food should be arranged before your stay. They will send you lists of food choices once they you have a confirmed stay.
After dinner, dessert and basil tea was served. I so loved their home made cassava cake and basil tea!
We had really a good time sharing stories and updates. After swimming, I took a shower and freshen up then have my body laid to their comfy sofa while reading a book . Katherine soaked herself in the bath tub and had her relaxation time. Such a good night sleep afterwards...I wish it's always like that. Haha!
For the next day, a yummy breakfast will be served in your room. You have to inform them too of your chosen meal and what time you prefer the food to be served.
Their best seller according to Ate who served our dinner were Adobo and Tinapa. I chose the latter. Aside from your ordered meal, they also served fresh fruit and bread too. Of course, coffee will always be part of the breakfast.
Continental breakfast for Katherine while Tinapa meal for me. |
Thank you so much Katherine for inviting me to join you. I have no luck in booking here yet as its always fully booked every time I checked Narra Hill's Airbnb schedule. So if you are eyeing for this place always check out the rooms availability from time to time.
