Nowadays, people are more aware and shall I say conscious on what they eat.
Healthy food offerings are already available in supermarkets and malls and its just up to the person on how they choose their food intakes.
Just like Salad Bar Ph which offers fruits and vegetables. It lets you do a mix and match of fruits and vegetables depending on your tastebuds and cravings.

For only Thirty Pesos (Php 30.00) per one hundred grams (100g), you can already create your own variety of salad which you can either make as a meal or dessert.
Normally, I make mine as a combination of everything, I want the veggies, macaroni and of course the fruits all in one.
How to create your own salad:
I just followed the instruction which can be found in the stall.
- Pick a base
- Add extra greenery
- Add a pop of color
- Mix in healthy extras
- Power up with add ons
- Lastly, don't forget the dressing.
Dressings are with four choices: Ceasar's, Thousand Islands, Garlic Ranch, Asian, and Sesame. I chose the Thousand Islands since it can go with my veggies, macaroni and fruits.
Here are the vegetables and fruits. All of these are available, all you have to do is to pick your choice.
And here is my own salad. Underneath these colorful fruits are macaroni, tuna and potatoes for the first side and the other side is the lettuce, tomato, carrots and mushroom. I forgot to share how it looks like for the first layer. Haha!
