Hundred Islands, Pangasinan, Philippines

Dec. 28-30, 2016

Photo was taken while parasailing.

Another blast moment with the family just before the year ends. We visited my nephews fiance's hometown so we arranged to visit the famous attraction in Alaminos, Pangasinan. The Hundred Islands.

This is not my first visit here and I was surprised by the many changes. Its now more commercialized compared before. There are already a lot of water activities such as banana boat ride, para sailing, and zip lines.

How to get to Hundred Islands National Park:

- Ride a bus from Metro Manila. Terminals are available in Cubao and Pasay Area. Check for Five Star bus lines or other bus operators bound to either Bolinao or Alaminos City.

- Make sure to inform the the bus conductor to drop you off at the terminal in Alaminos.

- Travel time would be estimated five to seven hours which depends on the traffic.

- From Alaminos terminal, you can hire a tricycle and tell the driver to take you to Lucap Wharf.

In case you opt to bring car, just follow the GPS. It's not so hard to check on direction using the GPS.

TIPS:

Better if you have already a contact for the boat or island hopping and schedule in advance.

While parasailing the blog title photo was taken.
